Once you place your order for 'on hand' hair, you’ll receive an email asking you to select a pickup time and date for immediate pickup. If someone else will be picking up your order, please provide their details along with your consent for the release of the hair. The person picking up the order must present a valid photo ID.

A signature is required for all orders, whether shipped or picked up in person.
