To be eligible for an exchange, all tags and zip ties must remain intact. We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please allow 1-2 business days for payment processing on all orders to ensure that the items you’ve ordered are in stock (for on-hand orders).
Shipping for all orders typically takes 1-5 business days once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Orders are placed in bulk twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If the hair you’ve selected is not currently in stock, it will be added to the most recent shipment placed that week. Shipping will proceed once the hair arrives, based on these bulk shipping days.
During the holiday season, please note that processing and shipping times may be delayed due to high order volumes. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order.
